Exposition

Just south of Bolzano in Trentino lies the Val di Fiemme. On the right hand side of the road which leads you to the Brenner Pass you will see some valleys with mountains which are not higher than 2400 meters. You could call them the first Alps of the Dolomites. Snow arrives from the south and cold fronts will cause snow till in the valley floors.

With bad weather

For better tree runs you have to go to the Alpe Cermis. With a thick layer of powder you will think you're in Canada.
