Exposition

This are the first Alps of the Piemonte and therefore the mountains arise from the plain Po-valley from scratch to 2500 meters. Prali is situated east from the lifts of Via Lattea, as a result the impact of le retour d'est is even better here. It will dump severly when a Genua low or an other low pressure current arrives from the Po-valley. You really don´t want to miss this. However, in some winters there is a lack of low pressure currents stemming from the east and then you don´t want to be here.

With bad weather

A fantastic larch forest. Big fun during a dump.
