Exposition

This is the Haute Tarentaise. Inner Alpine and exactly in the middle alpenhoofdkam . Snow from the west via the Tarentaise, snow from the east via Aosta. They are the powerful Returns d'est for snow sure. But especially in autumn and spring. In the early and late winter the snow from the weststau whereby the heat fronts bringing snow. Is the middle of winter, really cold, there will be no more clouds to Sainte Foy. The forests are often late January already good, while the mountains from mid-February to his best period begins.

With bad weather

The bursting of the trees here and there is much less stress powder than in the nearby Espace Killy.
