First signs of a winter to come

First signs of a winter to come!! Jetstream is turning Northwest, colder air is moving in and at the beginning of next week we might see snowlevels drop towards 2000 meters. Finally some significant snow for the Glaciers after a warm summer. Although a lot of peaks will be white it will be to early for a base layer.

Period: Monday 9th till Friday 13th of september

Most models do agree that we will see a temperature drop. Unsettled weather will dominate from Tuesday till Friday with showers across many areas. Temperatures will be below normal for mid-September.
