Wow, winter has started. I’m getting stoked by having a look at the webcams below. If this will continue for the rest of the winter than it’s going to be a good one. Below some images to get you stoked. A new forecast will be published later today. The good news is that there’s more snow on its way, but the temperatures will rise.
The sun is coming out around the Monte Rosa and the snow front is travelling east, forced by a new storm that’s coming up. It’s snowing in the Ortler region right now. And man, they already got so much snow this season. It’s a true snow magnet in October.
The Austrian glaciers are reporting fresh snow as well. They had around 10-18 centimeters the last couple of hours!
