The French Alps had to deal with large quantities of snow yesterday. The precipitation came down as snow in the high alpine, but mostly as rain in villages. You could go white water rafting in the streets of Chamonix. It appears that some divers have entered and it’s said that they found a few lost treasures. Anyway: the weather was brutal in the French Alps yesterday.
