Live: steep and deep at Le Grand Tourmalet

Arjen and I were on a surf and snow trip through the Pyrenees last winter check it out here. It was a fantastic trip. We've visited a number of beautiful ski areas in just a couple of days and we also had time for a few nice surf sessions. We were riding the Pic du Midi de Bigorre in Le Grand Tourmalet with Manu Bonniot. Manu is a fantastic skier who knows the region better than anyone else and will show you all the secrets of the Pic du Midi in a few days. Manu is a local hero who now has his own pro skis which are built at the small ski factory Desman. It's a local ski brand from the Pyrenees.

Manu and his friends were skiing powder after the storm of the last few days. Some great footage from a mythical area that is still not crowded outside of the holidays and weekends.
