Live: first snowfall for the high alpine

By Arjen on 26 August 2018 · 2

It was already announced in the forecast that we published last Thursday. The first snowfall was on its way to the high alpine in especially the Austrian Alps. And obviously this snowfall has got nothing to do with the base for this winter and probably will be gone again in about a week or so, it's still great to see that the change of seasons has begun! Check out some nice pictures below, let them feed your stoke and let's start the countdown! We have to be patient for another couple of months, but after an extremely warm and dry summer it's great to see that the magical white stuff is falling down again!

It definitely feels like winter on the alpine meadows of the Hochwurzen in Schladming!

@jeandel Thanks! It's obvious what we're thinking of!
