First question ever on this forum
I'm planning a trip to the Alps this seson and would like to have some advice about group lessons - off piste ski school.
I'm a confident skier in alpine style but would like to start off piste in a group ski school. I will be gratefull for any advice about resorts and skischools in Austria or Italy.

In Austria almost all the big ski resorts they have schools and they include the option of freeride course, in addition most the mountain guide companies they include the option of freeride. I would recomend you to go the web of the ski resorts and check the section freeride they always have links to main school in each valley.
I write an example but most of the ski resorts webs they have section of freeride: this is in stubai and I have listen good things about it:
Also it is interesting the opction of Pitztaler Gletscher: and
Other options are Sölden, Zillertal, St. Anton, Ischgl, and many more...
If you are interested in real courses of several days I recomend you

But as I already said the options are endless, in every valley and big ski resort they have schools. So I would recomend you first to decide few areas that you like and after look for schools.

I think I will do as you say. As I will be in Serfaus-Ladis I'm going to search in theirs web page.
    And thanks for your answer!

The best deal I found around the Arlberg was with the who offered a guided group option for 97Euros for the first day, then around 60% of the previous day for several days thereafter. Yannick was a great guide.

Around Andermatt, Andermatt Guides has a Sunday Funday deal :

Since you are going to Serfaus, Livigno is great to start free riding
