La Plagne backcountry in a winter without record snowfalls

Peak season. Beyond the top lift there is a new world to explore. Moving around in an empty playground. Searching for good skiing in this not so record snowfall winter. Missing the deep, but hey there are plenty of fulfilling other aspects of moving outside. Skiing those faces that are protected from wind and softened up by the first rays of sunlight.
