PA#5 video forecast: More than a meter of snow and a high avalanche danger!
We’re in the middle of PowderAlert #5 with a very strong Nordstau. The first wave gave already quite a lot of snow, but a second one will follow this evening. We can expect massive total accumulations of snow within three days on the northern side of the Alps. We’re talking about one or maybe even one and a half metre of snow locally! What do think about the avalanche risk on Friday for Vorarlberg? Based on the forecast, do you expect it to go down or still probably as high as 4? -

Hi, yes the snow is getting heavier in the south facing slopes. The higher bits of the area are closed. -
