Hey guys! I'm a bit overwhelmed with my weekend-plannings at the moment 馃槂. I'm looking for a resort with nice treeskiing opportunities in south tyrol or graubünden. Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance 馃槂

@Tiefschnee Good treeruns are to be found in the complete Southern French Alps. Also the Italian Piemonte is full of good treeskiing. Have a look at our destination list of the french southern alps (, piemonte ( and the southern alps central ( and tick the 'wooded surroundings' box.

@Benedikt Sulden am Ortler has some good treeskiing. Try the southern alps central and tick the 'wooded surroundings' box. Graubunden has still a nasty weak layer in the snowpack. I would avoid Graubunden for the time being.
May the powder be with you.

Serre Chevalier/Montgenevre/Claviere all have excellent coverage, fresh snow and sweet tree skiing. If you have a car and a sense of adventure, check out Puy St. Vincent or for some really raw, wild experience in the Queyras sample Ceillac or Abries.

I'd check the Maurienne too for snow accumulation, spots like Val Frejus and Val Cenis have great skiing and are low stress.

In Italy, check out the Monte Rosa areas. Gressoney and Champoluc have good skiing on the lower mountain. I've done it and was never hassled.
