Chamonix - Beginning of April

  Hi,
  
  We are planing to go to Chamonix beginning of April this year. Does anybody ever have been there on that period? Do they still have fresh snow?

  In general yes but this winter is not very normal. I hope they have because they are planning a big music festival.

  April generally is a good time to visit Chamonix, especially if you want to ride some big mountain lines.

  One day, they'll invent synthetic powder, ban all kinds of work and give you a free liftpass...
