Yesterday's PT was a good day:
- first off my knee didn't show any/ much reaction to the previous day's surfing with the kids [oops]
- the PT and I had a good discussion on where my knee stands (no pun intended), 4.5 months after surgery and when I might be able to pick up surfing again. BTW answers are: 'very well' and '2nd half of july, depending on how the last phase of PT goes, possibly sooner', respectively.
- And like I said above: I've started on the last phase of PT! Doing various coordination (running/ dodging) exercizes and just started on explosive strength exercizes grin emoticon
- Doing some of the max strength stuff, I felt strong for the first time (example: leg press w/ one leg: 3sets of 15reps @60 - 65 - 70kg)!
