But while 50 Years of Going Beyond solidifies the resort’s legacy in the past, there is no denying that the last 50 years is just the beginning.
Crowds and faceshots
We’ve been to Whistler a couple of times and it’s just a great place. A vibrant village, great mountains, pretty much everything. Including the crowds, that’s maybe the biggest drawback. But on the other hand, if you know where to go or venture out in the enormous backcountry, you’ll always find some untracked powder.
