After yesterday’s snowfall, it has cleared up today in Austria. A beautiful layer of snow has fallen! Probably, the first ski tourers will be ascending the Alpine meadows for some fresh powder tracks. Overall, the start of the season looks very promising. On various webcams, as seen, for example, in Saalbach, it is evident that it has been windy. Therefore, even in the early season, be cautious of avalanche danger. If there’s enough snow for skiing, there’s enough snow for avalanches! But above all, enjoy the snow.
